What's involved in a standard air conditioning tune up-

• Replace or clean filters
• Inspect/clean outdoor coil
• Inspect indoor coil if possible
• Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks
• Check operating pressures and temperatures
• Check for proper operating voltage/amp draw
• Test system safety devices
• Lubricate moving parts as needed
• Inspect blower assembly
• Check blower speed
• Inspect the wiring and control circuit
• Check thermostat operation
• Check coil temperature drops
• Check electrical connections
• Check condensate drain pan and lines
• Check start contractor
• Cycle equipment to check for proper operation
• Give a written diagnostic report of findings
