The "Lay up" Service agreement.
Your heating and air conditioning system is probably one of the largest investments you have in your home or business. Yet rarely do you think about it's up-keep. It is usually only when Comfort is affected that we realize how much we take our heating and air conditioning systems for granted.
The Lay Up Customer Agreement offers a regularly scheduled plan as follows:
- One time inspection of equipment for model and serial numbers along with filter size
- One Time testing for Carbon Monoxide and gas leaks.
- Initial filter change along with inspection of filter rack or cabinet.
- Entered into a regular filter program as follows:
- One 1" Media pleated air filter shipped to the door step every three months
- One 4" to 6" Media air filter shipped to the door step every six months
- 10% discount on all repairs and services performed at your home.
- Priority service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
One time charge of $35.00 for set up 1 - 3
1" media air filter Lay Up Customers - $4.00 per month ( Auto Charge to Credit Card )
4" to 6" media air filter Lay Up Customers - $9.00 per month ( Auto Charge to Credit Card ) * Special high rated media air filters with merv rating above 14 could add additional costs
Benefits of a Lay Up Agreement
Reason 1: LOWER HEATING AND COOLING BILLS
Keeping your filter clean will greatly improve the performance of the blower motor. Reduced restriction will allow for more air flow and less power consumption. As a homeowner there is nothing you can do to reduce utility costs and increase the life of your equipment other than keep the filter clean.
Reason 2: REDUCES THE RISK OF MAJOR COMPONENT FAILURE
Clean filter allows the unit to run properly thus reducing increased amp draw and resistance in electrical components.
Reason 3: EXTENDED EQUIPMENT LIFE
Many heating and cooling systems fail due to neglect. Number one area of neglect is the indoor air filter.
Reason 4: SPEEDS UP ANY REPAIRS OR RECALLS THAT COULD ARISE
Next Generation Heating & Air will now have all your equipment and serial numbers in our data base. This will allow us to respond to a service call with the correct parts and warn you of any recalls on equipment or parts.
Reason 5: REPAIR AND PURCHASE SAVINGS
Should your system need repairs Lay Up Customers get a 10% discount; or should you require a complete system Lay Up Customers get a 5% discount.
Reason 6: PEACE OF MIND
