The Lay Up Customer Agreement offers a regularly scheduled plan as follows:

  2. Testing for Carbon Monoxide and gas leaks.
  3. Lubrication of all fittings and parts to ensure smooth operation.
  4. Inspection of electrical and mechanical components.
  5. Inspection of thermostat operation, for your comfort.
  6. Filter changes or cleanings, for improved indoor air quality.
  7. Replacement of belts and thermocouples, whenever necessary.
  8. 15% discount on all repairs and services performed at your home.
  9. A full, one-year warranty on all repairs performed.
  10. Priority service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  11. Peace of mind.
  12. Extended Equipment life.
  13. We'll call you to set up a tune-up for your furnace.
