Dear Next Generation,

Recently another company diagnosed our furnace with a cracked heat exchanger and recommended we replace it. They also suggested that our A/C would not be compatible with the new furnace and we would have to replace that as well. With such an expensive purchase we decide to call around and Next Generation was where we ended up. Adam Mahler and Aaron Henderson made a visit to our house the following day. Much to our surprise they promptly told us that the a/c (which was only 2 years old) did not in fact need to be replaced. They also found other ways for us to save money. Aaron came out and installed our furnace which is now working beautifully. We can't thank you enough!
